Title: Sales Representative Reports To: Sales Manager

Salary Range: Commission up to $100k Location: Trinidad, CO

Work Hours: Monday -Friday, Rotating Saturday’s

*This is NOT REMOTE work*

Position Purpose:

Provide current information for selling high quality woodshed building products in person and online. Identify leads and educate prospects on products through phone calls, online communications, and in person customer service.

Essential Job Functions

Sales:

  • Consistently meet sales quota and target Key Performance Indicators for the month/year.
  • Track all sales activities in Hubspot and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • Utilize social media platforms, including online chat forums to build and generate leads.
  • Heavy phone and internet communication.
  • Maintain the sales pipeline in a fast-paced office setting.

Lot:

  • Maintain lot: Keep area clean and customer appealing.

Administration:

  • Work with manager regarding sales issues.

Compensation:

  • Four weeks paid training.
  • After paid training, straight commission, 6% for barns and sheds.
  • Quarterly bonus for performance.

Safety:

  • Performs preventive maintenance on office tools and equipment and ensures equipment is in safe operating condition.
  • Follows established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties including lifting and climbing; operates tools and equipment according to established safety procedures.
  • Corrects unsafe conditions in work area and promptly reports any conditions that are not immediately correctable to manager.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Experience: Background in customer service and/or sales preferred.

Physical & Mental Demands, Work Hazards

Tools/Equipment Used: Standard office equipment, including computer and peripherals.

Posture: Prolonged sitting; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting.

Motion: Frequent repetitive hand motions, including keyboarding and use of mouse; occasional reaching.

Lifting: Occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 10 lbs.).

Environment: Works in an office setting; may require occasional irregular and/or prolonged hours.

Attendance: Regular and punctual attendance at the worksite is required for this position.

Mental Demands: Maintains emotional control under stress; works with frequent interruptions.
